This report is used if you discover a site which you believe has not been recorded. Send it to your area team leader who will send it to the Forest archeologist. SFNF considers a "site" to be greater than 10 artifacts per square meter or 25 artifacts total. |

This form is used to report ceramics, lithics, or other cultural object(s) under conditions that do not meet the Forest's definition of a site as given above. |

This is used to record your volunteered hours and mileage for all site steward activities throughout the year beginning October 1 through September 30. This includes site visits, travel to and from site visits and any other site steward activity, attendance at Council meetings, educational meetings, annual meeting, trainings, volunteer time in Forest office, Passport in Time project hours spent on the Santa Fe National Forest, time spent preparing for and participating in any site steward committee, etc. If a steward has a question about whether volunteer time should be listed, they should contact their ATL. In addition, miles traveled in connection with these activities should be listed. The completed form should be submitted to your area team leader the first week or so in October. |
